The technical staff has extensive knowledge of FRP products and production methods. We have continually invested in flexible, state of the art production equipment to produce top quality FRP.
Matrix resins
With proprietary matrix resins, we can cure virtually any high performance fiber or blends of fibers into a composite profile using thermal or UV cross linking technology. E-glass, S-glass, aramid, carbon, LCP, and HMWPE are just a few of the fibers we utilize.
We work closely with resin suppliers and yarn producers to insure that we are using the best raw materials. We can provide a number of functional topcoats that can provide color, adhesion, lubrication, water blocking, etc.

Our expertise is in producing shapes and profiles under a 5mm (¼”) diameter or width.
In addition to producing the FRP, we can offer additional value added services such as plying, twisting, and thermoplastic extrusion coating.
Our extruded products can offer excellent value with optimized placement of strength elements within a solid or foamed thermoplastic extrusion. All our products can be cut to length, custom wound, and meter marked or band marked to customer specifications.
Fiber-Line® also has technology to incorporate optical fibers into FRP profiles. These ruggedized optical fibers have many monitoring and sensing applications.
