FIBER-LINE® has named Dale W. Outhous as CEO

FIBER-LINE® has named Dale W. Outhous as Chief Executive Officer effective March 1, 2017, succeeding interim CEO and Executive Chairman of the Board Vince Pappas.  Vince will continue as Executive Chairman of the Board, and Dale will also join the Board of Directors.

Dale comes to FIBER-LINE® from DuPont where he served in progressive leadership roles for over twenty-seven years.  During his time with DuPont he held leadership positions across supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and business management.  He served for many years in DuPont’s Kevlar®, Nomex®, and Tyvek® businesses including leadership of DuPont’s Personal Protection business and Global Business Director for all Kevlar®, Nomex®, and Tyvek® markets and products.  Most recently Dale served as the Vice President of DuPont’s Packaging and industrial Polymers business.  

Dale received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Clemson University.  He and his wife Carla have four children and a son-in-law and reside in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
